Caribbean Lounge to host Lil Kesh, DJ Obi as it unveils its Special Jack Daniel's Barrel today

 Jack Daniel’s Nigeria is kicking off the year in unique way as it celebrates the arrival of the barrels from the ‘By the Barrel Program’. This time, it is Caribbean Lounge Abuja who unveils its specially selected barrel. Caribbean Lounge will be welcoming all of Abuja to share in the experience of the club’s specially selected blend of Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel alongside Lil Kesh and DJ OBI.


The barrel was specially hand selected by the club’s CEO, Abubakar Atodo at theJack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg Tennessee alongside Master Distiller Jeff Arnett. Each barrel is hand selected for its very own one of a kind unique flavor which makes it unique in its own right.

You may recall that the brand took a few major club owners across Nigeria on a field trip to the Jack Daniel’s distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee in June 2015. Each of the participating clubs purchased their own special barrels with every bottle customized specially for each club.

Why Nigeria’s elite are angry with Buhari – Presidency

The Presidency on Sunday said President Muhammadu Buhari had not been in the good reckoning of a vocal section of the country’s elite because of his performance in office. The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, stated this in an opinion titled “June 12 tsunami and the ones who won’t forgive Buhari” made available to journalists in Abuja. ''Count me out of Offa bank robbery saga'' Kwara state governor Abdulfatah Ahmed replies police

Kwara State Governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed, has denied police allegations indicting him in the Offa bank robbery saga, saying he has never sponsored, funded or supported political thuggery.  In a statement issued by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Communication, Muyideen Akorede, this evening, the Governor described the allegations as false and baseless.  The statement in part reads “Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed denies the allegations of supporting political thuggery or any other acts of criminality as alleged by the Nigeria Police or the suspects allegedly arrested in connection with the tragic Offa robbery. Neither has he at any time funded or provided arms to any individual or group in the state or anywhere in the country.
